Shuttles: Edmonton/Red Deer shuttles will drop off participants at Grey Eagle on Friday evening. Shuttles from Grey Eagle to Canada Olympic Park at 6:00AM on Saturday August 8th. Shuttles from Okotoks to Grey Eagle Saturday afternoon- last shuttle is at 10:00PM. Shuttles from Grey Eagle to Okotoks Sunday morning at 6:00AM sharp. There will be NO shuttles from Canada Olympic Park to Grey Eagle Sunday afternoon. Please see shuttle specific information for further details.

Saturday Opening Ceremony

Due to construction on the Trans Canada Highway entrance of Canada Olympic Park, please allow additional time to access the Start/Finish venue site of the event. Please refer to the Parking Map for directions once you enter the park.

Note: If your bike is being transported to Edmonton please put it directly on a transport truck after finishing The Ride



Reminders

Look for Riders on the road with a Polka Dot Jersey. This jersey is a symbol of success awarded to the first 10 Riders who reached at least $15,000 in their fundraising accounts.

Congratulations to all Riders who are joining us for their fifth Ride to Conquer Cancer. As recognition for their unwavering support they will be wearing a Golden Helmet, as a small token of the vast appreciation we have for their continued support. Golden Helmet pick up is located at Bike Drop off on Friday night AND Saturday morning at the re-registration and information locations.

Cheering Stations: Bring out big, colourful signs, smiling faces, and enthusiastic cheers to support the Riders. Please check back closer to the event for a list of cheering station locations!

Shuttles From Edmonton/Red Deer: On Friday, busses will arrive at the Cross Cancer Institute (11560 University Avenue, Edmonton) at 5:15PM. Participants will place their bike on our bike transport truck which will drop the bikes off at the Bike Parking lot at Canada Olympic Park. Busses will leave Edmonton at 6:00PM sharp, with one bus going straight to the Grey Eagle Resort and the other stopping in Red Deer to pick up participants. The pick-up location will be the Westerner park in Red Deer at approximately 7:30PM. The Bus will leave Red Deer at approximately 8:00PM and arrive at the Grey Eagle Resort at approximately 10:00PM. The following morning (Saturday) there will be shuttles at 6:00AM from the Grey Eagle Resort to Canada Olympic Park.
